Weather is not an issue!!

Photography:  Ever After Images

This is just a little voicing out load about this past weekends wedding.  When it comes to a wedding day, as the photographer, I am prepared for just about anything.  I think that my past experience as a photographer in a ski resort has helped me with that.  Sometimes you may have someone to photograph and literally it is a blizzard!!

This past weekend it could’ve been a blizzard…but instead it was raining and cold and it was completely dark when we left the church.

I remember Carolyn and her Mom Chris sitting in our meeting wondering if, I was worried about weather ….I never worry about the weather and I always tell brides that it is my job to make the pictures look like it is a perfect wedding day (even if it isn’t.

All together before the ceremony.  Not something we usually do at a wedding…but it’s New Years Eve!!!   And we are attending one of the best party’s in town!

A huge THANK YOU to Heather, Kaitlyn (me) and Nadine.

New Years Eve 2011

Kaitlyn and Heather…(they are shooting me because I think I looked funny)
Me …Trying to keep under cover!

Below the image of the wedding party 2 minutes later~

This wedding party did not flinch a bit about heading outside.

They said they will do anything for the Bride!!

It was very cold, very windy and raining!!  (but everyone is smiling)

I LOVE it~

Me…I hate looking like a drowned rat when I turn up at the reception!  Trying to stay dry!
(Thats a sighting of Nadine running in the background….)

As a team we are carrying umbrellas, holding coats, holding drinks and parking cars shooting different angles.

After  a few outdoor pics the wedding party will not forget anytime soon….we head inside for some more fun!
