Lets talk about the Details….

When planning a wedding I can only imagine how much work goes into the details.   I had a small wedding with only 25 Guests in a small country club in Pennsylvania.  It was just what I had always wanted~(since eloping was not an option!)

Since I go to more weddings than most people I know, (unless they are also in the wedding industry.)  I happen to think details of the wedding day are very important to document.  When I see the bride getting ready and she has a borrowed a hankerchief embrodered from her grandmother~it needs to be documented and later in the design aspect of the wedding album it really will add to the memory of the day as a backgound image.

Details, details, details~ programs, rings, flowers, favors, shoes, jewlery, cookies,  toasting glasses…the list is endless.  Most important the Details of a wedding day are part of the memory of the wedding and should not be overlooked!!

I think one of the best details I liked shooting was an original idea of guests to locate their tables for dinner.  The wedding was outsite on the beach and a great little country house.   The wedding was simple but with beautiful details….see below!

Love all your details shots! It’s definitely something I want to pay more attention to this year!
